About StorageFit
StorageFit is the self-storage arithmetic: the unit size your home actually fills, whether climate control earns its premium, and the monthly math that adds up quietly.
StorageFit exists because unit sizing is guessed ("10x10 sounds right") and the guess either doubles your rent or crushes your sofa. Room-count math, truck fit, and the climate question are all calculable — and all cheaper to do before signing the lease.
Every calculator on StorageFit shows its formula and its assumptions on the page, so you can check the math, reproduce it in a spreadsheet, or argue with it. Inputs are processed entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server, and there are no accounts.
StorageFit is an independent, ad-supported project. We are not affiliated with any lender, brand, agency, or the sources we cite (published industry standards). If a number looks wrong, the contact page reaches a human who fixes it.
